WHY WE ARE

We are SICS Applications for a product life cycle reason. We develop IT-solutions for ILS and Service engineering in product development programs and for operational services.

We improve our customers' competitiveness and profit by supporting with extensive skill within ILS/Dependability and technical services.

We develop and improve products, logistics support and services. with specific initiatives within Service engineering, logistics and development. This based on experience from successful assignments by using well-proven ILS and dependability methods, applications and tools.

We started to create SICS applications because there existed not any supporting database application that properly supported the ILS and Dependability tasks performed during product and service development, and operations. Applications that managed and supported the complete life cycle.

We have created applications that work for an integrated development and operations of both products and services. A real system for integrated customer support – SICS.

We succeeded because we simultaneously developed and used the application together with our customers. The development of SICS is continuing and have resulted in the new 3.0 version. We are moving on to develop next version of SICS in an Aras platform.
